The Loughborough MBA develops a range of conceptual and analytical skills for dealing with practical management problems of an operational and strategic nature. It formalises the knowledge and develops the management skills and potential of experienced managers, and provides an environment where insightful interaction takes place between students and staff. The programme is AMBA-accredited and as such is designed for professionals who have at least 3 years’ experience working within management, in either the private or public sectors. We offer delegates the option of 3-day block release teaching as well as evenings and Saturdays, which means our MBA can be obtained in just two years. The Business School is a member of the Consortium of European Business Schools which offers a Summer School for Advanced Management (ESSAM). This intensive, double-weighted 10-day course is a unique feature of the MBA programme, allowing you the opportunity to study at a top European university alongside MBA students from all over the globe.

Assessment
Compulsory modules are assessed 50:50 coursework/ examination, and optional modules by coursework only.
Entry Qualification
First degree or equivalent professional qualification, and at least three years’ business/managerial experience. Lesser qualifications with significantly more work experience may be accepted.
These are in addition to the General Entrance Requirements.
Selection
Applicants are encouraged to attend open events; informal interviews are sometimes given.
